American Red Cross - CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers - Price $110

This course teaches those with a job duty to act, such as professional rescuers, healthcare, medical and public safety workers, the skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies including one-and two-rescuer CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and CPR and bag-valve-masks.

Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers valid for two years.

The Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid course includes training on what to do in the case of:

This (16) hour course is based on the Boy Scouts of America’s “Wilderness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines” and has been reviewed and/or supported by the American Camp Association, American Canoe Association, National Recreation and Park Association, and JCC Association. Wilderness and Remote First Aid also offers enhanced content and topics to meet OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.

 

Course participants must be at least 14 years of age and possess current certification in Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/Automated External Defibrillator (CPR/AED).

The Adult CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims about 12 years and older.

Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult CPR/AED valid for two years.

The Adult First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims about 12 years and older.

Successful students will receive a certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

The American Red Cross Pediatric CPR/AED course incorporates the 2010 ECC standards. It will help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing emergencies. The course teaches the skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Pediatric CPR/AED which is valid for two years.
